Where billing lives

Settings → Billing shows your current plan, next renewal date, payment method and an itemised usage breakdown for messaging and AI credits.

Changing plans

Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the period. Downgrades apply at the next renewal, so paid features stay available until then. Nothing is deleted on downgrade — features above your new tier become read-only.

Understanding usage charges

Subscription is fixed; SMS, calls and AI media are usage-based at pass-through rates. Set a monthly spend cap and an alert threshold so heavy campaign months stay predictable.

Invoices and failed payments

Invoices are emailed to the billing contact and downloadable as PDF. If a payment fails we retry over several days and email each time — update the card before the final retry to avoid any interruption to sending.
