Terms of Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account and sub-accounts.

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Usage-based items such as AI credits, messaging and phone usage are billed as consumed. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You may not use the platform to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited messages, to infringe intellectual property, to reverse engineer the service, or to violate messaging and privacy regulations that apply to your business.

AI-generated content is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy, rights clearance and regulatory compliance before publishing or sending them.

We target 99.9% availability and provide support on the channels included in your plan. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.

Either party may terminate a subscription at the end of the current term. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
