Add the DNS records
Email authentication needs three record types on your sending domain: SPF, DKIM and DMARC. The platform generates the exact values — add them at your DNS host, then run the verification check. Propagation is usually minutes but can take up to 24 hours.
Use a subdomain for bulk sending
Send marketing email from a subdomain such as mail.yourdomain.com rather than your root domain. If a campaign ever damages reputation, it contains the impact and your day-to-day business email keeps delivering.
Warm up new domains
A brand new sending domain has no reputation. Ramp volume gradually over two to four weeks — start with your most engaged contacts, keep bounce rate under 2% and complaint rate under 0.1%, and increase volume only while those numbers hold.
Keep lists clean
Suppress hard bounces automatically, remove contacts with no opens in 180 days, and always include a working unsubscribe link. Deliverability is mostly a list-hygiene problem, not a content problem.
